To emperor Caesar Trajan Hadrian Augustus, son of deified Trajan victor in Parthia, grandson of deified Nerva, chief priest, holding tribunician power for the seventeenth time, consul three times, father of the country; the Lepcitanians (scil. set this up) publicly to one who was their preserver in all circumstances.
