Description: Five blocks (lengths varying; h: 0.51 x d: 0.46) of grey limestone.
Text: Inscribed on one face.
Letters: Lapidary capitals: 0.11.

Findspot: Lepcis Magna: Four found in the Forum Vetus, in the portico at the West angle, near the Temple of Liber Pater, the fifth in the Harbour area, on the steps by the Temple of Jupiter Dolichenus.

When emperor Caesar Titus A[elius Hadrian] Antoninus Augustus Pius was chief priest, holding tribunician power for the sixteenth time, acclaimed victor twice, consul four times, father of the country, Calpurnia Honesta built at her own expense a temple [of---] Augustus.
