To the grandfather of Emperor Caesar Lucius Septimius Severus Pius Pertinax Augustus, victor in Arabia, victor in Adiabene, greatest victor in Parthia, holding tribunician power for the eleventh time , acclained victor twelve times, consul for the third time, proconsul, Lucius Septimius Severus, perpetual flamen (local priest); the two Curiae, Traiana and Dacica, set this up in accordance with a vow.
