Description: Moulded base (w: 0.65 x h: 1.58 x d: 0.66) of brown limestone, the lower part badly damaged.
Text: Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die w: 0.33 x h: 0.55).
Letters: Rustic capitals: 0.04-0.03.

Findspot: Lepcis Magna: Regio V, Theatre, in one of the upper tiers of the cavea.

To emperor Caesar Marcus Aurelius [Anto]ninus Augustus Pius, holding [tribunician] power for the fourth time, proconsul, son of [emperor] Caesar Lucius Septimius Severus [Pius Per]tinax Augustus, victor in Arabia, victor in Adiabene, greatest victor in Parthia, most fortunate, father of the country; the [Cur]ia Ulpia set this up [in accordance with] a vow.
