governor of the province of Tripolitania, a man of singular equity and benevolent vigour, of every virtue, on account of his regard for them,
at first beginning and subsequently continuous; the most splendid city council of the Lepcimagnensians and the people set this up to their patron,
in accordance with a decree of the most spelndid city council.
Obsequius! A C. Valerius Vibianus, uomo perfettissimo, governatore
della Prouincia di Tripolitania, di singolare equità e
di benevolo vigore, uomo di ogni virtù, per l’allora nascente
e in seguito costante considerazione da lui mostrata nei propri

a man of unique fairness, of well-minded vigour, of all virtues. On account of his then incipient and thereafter perpetual consideration towards them,
the most splendid council (ordo) of the Lepcimagnenses, and the people have set this up to (their) patron by decree of the most splendid council.'.
