Text: Inscribed on one face.
Letters: Irregular capitals: 0 045.

Date: Perhaps of first century CE (statue)

Findspot: Lepcis Magna: Regio III, Chalcidicum.
Original location: Unknown
Last recorded location: now in the store-rooms beside the Theatre.
