Description: Moulded marble base (w: 0.95 x h: 1.55 x d: 0.95). Uniform with 629, 630.
Text: Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.37 x h: 0.57), from which the inscribed surface has been carefully removed.
Letters: Lines 1-5, not measurable; lines 6-8, 0.05.

Date: Second century CE (lettering of 630) (lettering)

Findspot: Lepcis Magna: Regio II, Hadrianic Baths, to the left of the door into the Tepidarium.
