Description: Rectangular base (w: 0.51 x h: 0.82 x d: 0.45; height incomplete) of yellow-brown limestone The moulding on the upper edge is lost.
Text: Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.35 x h: 0.70).
Letters: Rustic capitals, diminishing from 0.09 to 0.03.
