Description: Rectangular base (w: 0 50 x h: 1.12 x d: 0.53) of coarse grey limestone, with moulded panels on all sides.
Text: Inscribed on one face (die, w: 0.27 x h: 0.66).
Letters: Irregular capitals: av. 0.06.

Date: First to third century CE (nomenclature)

Findspot: Lepcis Magna: East Necropolis, Mausolea east of the city (Bartoccini MS notes).
Original location: Unknown
Last recorded location: Lepcis Museum; formerly in Homs Museum.
