Text: Inscribed on one face within a moulded border (die, w: 0.78 x h: 0.30).
Letters: Irregular capitals: 0.14-0.15.

Date: First-third centuries CE (lettering)

Findspot: Lepcis Magna: Decumanus maximus; Regio II, ins.7, beside the main street, near a typical apotropaic phallic plaque.
