Catacomb opening off the main square at Sirte. Explored and published by Bartoccini. Of the several hundred loculi, 53 preserved, in whole or in part, the inscriptions that had been roughly incised or painted on stucco over the sealing slabs. The texts, which are brief, were not included in IRT 1952, although the names were indexed: they are published here at 1232-1284.
