Description: Fragment from the left-hand side of a base of grey marble (w: 0.24 x h: 0.43 x d: 0.135)
Text: Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel, from which a previous inscription has been erased (w: 0.153 x h: 0.285).
Letters: Fourth century capitals: line 1, 0.055; line 2, 3, 0.05.

Date: Early fourth century CE (lettering, titulature)

Findspot: Lepcis Magna: Forum Severianum.
Original location: Unknown
Last recorded location: In one of the tabernae of the East Portico of the Forum Severianum (1955).
