Description: Rectangular base (w: 0.56 x h: 0.90 x d: 0.50) of coarse grey limestone, with moulded panels on three sides, uniform with 118, 119, 120, 121, 123, 124, 125.
Text: Inscribed on the front (die, w: 0.29 x h: 0.62).
Letters: Local second to third century CE capitals with some Rustic forms line 1, 0 .06; remainder, 0.035.

Date: Second to third centuries CE (lettering)

Findspot: Sabratha: Forum, standing against the east wall of the South portico on a moulded base taken in antiquity from the fountain opposite the Antonine Temple.

To Caius Flavius Pudens, son of Quintus, of the Roman voting tribe Papiria, perpetual flamen (scil. priest), the Curia Jovis, on account of his merits.
