Text: Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.29 x h: 0.39; height incomplete).
Letters: Irregular capitals with some Rustic forms: 0.045

Date: Second to third centuries CE (lettering)

Findspot: Lepcis Magna: Gasr esc-Sciaddad. Found at the foot of this mausoleum which is in the zone of mausolea East of the city.
Original location: Unknown
Last recorded location: Lepcis Museum.
