Description: Two blocks of limestone (w: 0.70 and w: 0.96 x h: 0.60 x d: 0.33
Text: Inscribed within a tabella ansata(die, w: 0.90 x h: 0.40, width incomplete) of which the right-hand end, on a third block, is missing. The inscribed surface is badly damaged.
Letters: Rough capitals: 0.035-0.04.

Date: First-fourth centuries CE

Findspot: Jabal Tarhuna: beside the ruins of a small ditched gasr at Sidi Sames (map ref. L 660010), 8 km. North East of Ain Wif, close to the Garian-Tarhuna track. Seen and transcribed in 1948 by Goodchild and Ward Perkins; re-examined by Reynolds

Last recorded location: Tripoli Castle.
