The temple of Liber Pater which was ruined long ago, with destruction [---] its renewal [---] of our lords Flavius Julius Constantius Maximus and Flavius Julius Constans Maximus, triumphant and always Augusti, [---]. The oversight of Flavius Victor Calpurnius, excellent man, preserved (scil. it); Lucius Aemilius Caelestinus, duovir in a fifth year, perpetual flamen, responded zealously to his love of this country [---] most distinguished patron of the province dedicated [---] made ?this, in accordance with [a decree of the city council]
