Description: Rectangular base (w: 0.52 x h: 1.08 x d: 0.52) of coarse grey limestone, uniform with 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124.
Text: Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.24 x h: 0.64).
Letters: Local second to third century CE capitals with some Rustic forms: 0.035-0.045.

Date: Second to third centuries CE (lettering)

Findspot: Sabratha: Regio II, Found opposite the Antonine Temple, now placed on a moulded base within the adjacent fountain.

To Caius Flavius Pudens, son of Quintus, of the Roman voting tribe Papiria, perpetual flamen (scil. priest), [the Curia (name lost), on account of his merits.]
