Letters: Mannered Rustic capitals: 0.12-0.13.

Date: Perhaps Severan (lettering, monumental character)

Findspot: Lepcis Magna: Forum Vetus. Found in the Temple of Liber Pater.

Last recorded location: Lepcis Museum.
