Description: block (w: 0.53 x h: 0.59 x d: 0.11) of grey limestone.
Text: Inscribed on one face with moulding at top and bottom.
Letters: Lapidary capitals: from top of block; line 1, 0.085- 0.185; line 2, 0.225-0.335; line 3, 0.35-0.425; to bottom, 0.59.

Date: First to third centuries CE (lettering)

Findspot: Al Khums: found re-used in a building. (Bartoccini MS notes).
Original location: Unknown
Last recorded location: Lepcis Museum.
