Description: Lintel of grey limestone (w: 2.71 x h: 0.51 x d: 0.40) broken in two pieces.
Text: Inscribed within a moulded tabella ansata (die, w: 1.24 x h: 0.50, ivy leaf in each ansa).
Letters: Rustic capitals: line 1-3, 0.06-0.065; line 4, 0.045-0.05.

Date: Second to third centuries CE (lettering)

Findspot: Lepcis Magna: West Necropolis, Gasr ed-Doueirat; Beside the mausoleum, on the left bank of the Wadi Lebdah, about 2 km. above Lepcis
Original location: Unknown
Last recorded location: Lepcis Museum, courtyard: over the doorway of the restored monument (2009)
