Text: Inscribed within a small rectangular panel beneath a phallic relief.
Letters: No description.

Date: First-sixth centuries CE

Findspot: Eastern Jabal: Gasr Zuguseh; Seen by Cowper in 1895 in situ at the South East angle. A ruin, not precisely located, in the area between Wadi el-Fergian and Gasr ed-Dausn (map ref. M 1215 approx.).
