Text: Inscribed i and ii in good uncial characters on each of the long sides, iii below a design of four crosses on one of the short sides.

(i): In the year six thousand, four hundred and 89. In this tomb lies the body of Maria, of good memory, wife of Karinus. She lived in this world more or less 55 years. May she have rest eternal, and may she possess life eternal.

(ii): Oh all you who pass on the road and who [ . . . ], see if my grief is such as your love. Pray for me in the day of judgement that I will be saved. Amen, Amen.

(iii): Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Sabaoth Lord God Sabaoth.
